Well, we make pizza– so we obviously make dough Balls…… In early 2014, we decided to offer a range of dough balls for direct sale .

Dough balls can come in a range of weight ranges from 200 up to 340 grams. We surprised ourselves, with what we could make out of a single dough ball. Please see the blog section of our website for recipes.
